Shipping Policy

Overview:

We strive to make sure your chocolate will get to you in the best conditions, however once your chocolate leaves our THRIVU is impossible to control external conditions chocolate is under during shipping. Chocolate breaking, melting (blooming), theft is under the client's responsibility. 

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenient that your chocolate can experience during transit, however we must clarify that we will do our best to avoid this from happening.

Processing:

After orders are placed, allow 1 to 2 days for processing. If for some reason a delay is expected we will contact you with details. 

Shipping:

During summer months and when temperature are expected to be above 90F at destination, we would monitor and let you know if there might be a delay in hopes to improve delivering conditions, but please understand that we cannot guarantee that the chocolate won’t melt . Boxes are recycled/curbside recyclable craft cardboard and are not thermally insulated.  Most of our orders will ship during Monday through Wednesday to avoid chocolate being stored for long periods of times under below average conditions. For your convenience, we offer expedited shipping  available at checkout.  These orders will be shipped prior to 2 PM ET, if received after this time this orders will ship next day.

All of our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx (chosen based on performance and availability).  For your convenience you can track your order directly from our website. Orders will not be considered missing until after 2 weeks of failure to receive your order. Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

Subscriptions:

Subscriptions will ship as soon as we receive you order. After this, we will on the second Monday of the month.
