DESCRIPTION: Maracuya (Passion fruit)  and black pepper aligned perfectly with the cacao grown in Mashpi's terroir (El Choco Forest cacao). This is generally a great option for someone who is transitioning from milk chocolate to dark chocolate, as it still has a little bit of sweetness that perfectly balances with the original bitterness of cacao.

TASTING NOTES: Initially, tangy mandarin develops into caramel and finishes with a slight crisp from the passion fruit seeds and peppery/nutty notes…

5 INGREDIENTS: Cacao Mass, raw sugar cane, cacao butter, passion fruit and black pepper.
