DESCRIPTION: Organic dark chocolate topped with candied guava. The very day I walk the streets of Sao Paulo and I pass guava trees; they grow all around me in this true concrete jungle. For me, the guava, is the face of tropical fruit. This bar is made with only cacao, sugar and mini candied guava chunks dropped on top.

Meet the Founders
Arcelia is the founder and master chocolate maker behind Mission Chocolate. Se has worked with chocolate for over 20 years as a chocolatier, chocolate maker, teacher and consultant. She travels across Latin America to work with cacao producers, chocolate makers and to teach indigenous women how to make chocolate.
