DESCRIPTION:  Taste the Soul of the Amazon bathed by the Pacific Coast. In the heart of Ecuador’s Amazon Basin, where the Napo and Coca Rivers converge beneath the towering Andes Mountains, lies the vibrant community of "Los Sachas". This lush jungle region—home to the world-renowned Yasuni National Park, the most biodiverse place on Earth—is where our exceptional chocolate begins. Grown in the lower forests of Orellana Province, this cacao is a unique jewel "Joya" National hybrid, cultivated in one of the richest zones for native cacao varieties on the planet. Every bean is a tribute to the land’s deep biodiversity and cultural heritage. To heighten its smoothness and depth, we blend it with pure cocoa butter sourced from Esmeraldas, a regenerative cacao that has been safeguarded for generations. The result? A chocolate experience that is both luxuriously indulgent and rooted in origin—ethically crafted, sustainably sourced, and bursting with the bold essence of the Amazon and sweet notes from the Pacific Coast.

Pure. Powerful. Amazonian. Taste where true chocolate begins.

Meet the Founders

Born in the Ecuadorian Amazon, two brothers and a sister reunited around 2022 with their German-American sister-in-law to found THRIVU—a regenerative chocolate company rooted in family, forest, and fairness. Inspired by their childhood ‘tribu’ and driven by a dream to restore the land, they keep value at origin, crafting chocolate that helps communities and nature thrive. THRIVU: from tribe, to thrive, to the world.
